Honouring life’s thresholds through ritual, presence and intention
Human beings have always marked change through ceremony - not to escape life, but to meet it more fully. Sacred ceremony creates a pause in time, a space where what is ending can be acknowledged and what is beginning can be consciously welcomed.
Together, we weave words, elements and intention to create ceremonies that feel grounded, authentic and deeply personal. These are not performances or scripts, they are living rituals, shaped around your story, your values and the moment you are standing in.
Ceremonies may include:
-
Full Moon and New Moon Circles
-
Solstice and Equinox Gatherings
-
Sacred Unions and Blessings
-
Personal Rites of Passage and Life Transitions
Each ceremony is bespoke, held with care and reverence and crafted to support you in crossing a threshold with clarity, depth and grace.

Svenja creates and holds a safe space and journey for openness, vulnerability and healing with her compassion, energy and confidence which continues to flow throughout the whole process of sweat lodge. A unique being that carries one through the unique experience she provides. What a subtle catalytic re-aquaintance with self! The place was welcoming, the words reached deep places and still echoes... I really loved the cleansing before. The collective singing was what stood out for as I reflect. I'm in awe of Svenja's capacity to hold space, guide and nurture all. What a force! To feel instinctively a part of something! To primarily know that our voices are heard and that we all feel a need to connect, to strive and ultimately to thrive! What a wonderful experience! This was my second lodge, and i thoroughly enjoyed it. Svenja held such a beautiful space for all of us. It was lovely meeting new souls and sharing our experience with each other. This lodge gave me clarity on how to move forward with my healing journey, to be gentle with myself as i move through life, to fill my own cup with love, gratitude, so i can show up for myself and my loved ones! I have decided to do a sweatlodge at least once or twice a year now, for my mental, physical and emotional well-being
